Enroll in Auto Donate

Click on the “Enroll in Auto Donate” button now and log in to see your Account Management page. Click on “Autoship Items” and select your autoship pack. To select the AutoShip pack you'd like to have sent each month, locate “4Life Fortify nutritional meal pack” in the left hand column of product categories. Then click on the pack you'd like to donate followed by Continue to complete the check out process.
